Shipping policy

Economy: Economy Airmail is tracked, and a fairly reliable shipping method for normal sized orders. It takes 7-14 days normally (may take longer if it gets delayed in customs).

Courier: This option is tracked and usually faster than Economy. Takes roughly 2-7 working days to get to you (This doesn't include customs checks that may add on time) Not all countries are included.

Express Courier: Offers the most countries, Tracked, Very expensive though, but if you live in a country with unreliable shipping carriers and normal Courier option isn't available, this is the best, sometimes only option. Shipping takes 1-5 working days (Not including customs hold ups). Please make sure you leave your phone number when ordering with this! 

DHL Express: Very Reliable, can choose either Insured or uninsured options. All items are declared as their full price. For US orders there is now a Tariff, Duties and DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) fee, thanks to Trump's removal of De-Minimis (all imports into the US under $800 were duty free). This is the only current US shipping option.

Declaring goods: Please note I declare all my work as full value (unless you have otherwise talked to me) and all duties are the responsibility of the buyer (I can ship delivered duties paid through DHL, this just incurs an extra fee for duties and customs fees. Get in contact with me if you would like this added to your order) 

If a parcel is lost or missing, or hasn’t updated its tracking for a while, please wait two weeks past the shipped date, and if you haven't had luck contact me and I will help you.
