Returns
I stand behind the products I sell 100%. If you are not satisfied with your items, they were damaged in transit or they just don't work out please let me know right away. I am happy exchange or credit you the purchase price (minus a 20% Restock fee) within 30 days of the shipment date.
If 30 days have gone by since your shipment has been sent, unfortunately I can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is the wrong size due to the buyer not providing correct measurements, I do not offer an exchange or store credit, but depending on the design I May be able to resize it for a fee.
Sale items, Gift Cards and Custom Orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
To complete your return, we will supply you with our address, and when the product is received we will replace or send store credit ASAP. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if it is in original condition, you will receive either store credit or we will ship an agreed upon replacement.
If you are returning an item please mark it as GIFT, and a value of $10.
